LA Cactus | Fundraiser

"Party Cactus," as I call this short-hand, is an ode to LA that I created with my brother-in-law, Nick Jones, at the end of my little family's two-month visit to LA in 2021. This visit was our first after two long, hard years of not seeing my family due to Covid-19. This piece means a lot to me, it holds the absolute catharsis I felt being in LA, surrounded by family and friends, blue skies, gorgeous oceans and all of that vibrance and life that felt so familiar with from my college days.
LA has meant so many things to me over the years. Fundamentally, moving to LA changed my life and shaped a significant part of who I am, my worldview and my work as a designer. In light of the ongoing devastation caused by the LA fires, I felt called to do something. So, here is my love letter, once again for LA. 100% of the proceeds, after vendor costs, will be donated to disadvantaged communities affected by these events. While I am still identifying the recipient(s), my goal is to donate directly to families who have been disproportionately affected and are in dire need.
